St. Joseph Catholic School PTF (Parents, Teachers, and Friends) organization meets monthly during the school year to discuss and plan school events. PTF hosts many fundraising events for our school, including the Hole-y Hawks Mini-Golf Tournament, Family Dining Out events, and the RaiseRight program. In turn, the PTF uses these proceeds to make donations to the school and support a wide range of programs and events for students and families, including fully covering the costs of students' field trips throughout the year.
PTF is more than just a fundraising group for school functions. We plan social events for our students and school community, such as the Back to School Pool Party, Grandparents and Special Friends Day, an All-School Halloween Party, a Thanksgiving Feast, Family Fun Nights, Student Appreciation Day, and Field Day. It's also a great place to meet other school families and get involved with events that build community.
As a way to give back to our families, for every PTF meeting you attend AND for every PTF event you volunteer to help with, you will receive one entry into the PTF Tuition Raffle. There will be two $250 drawings for the 2025-26 school year, at our PTF meetings in December and May.

From room parents to in-school events to fundraisers, there are lots of opportunities to get involved with our school and make the year a success! We've created a few separate signups for committees, room parents, and fall activities. There will be additional signups coming for specific events as well as spring activities. PTF Meetings
Thanks to everyone who attended our PTF Meetings during the 2025-26 school year! Check back for updates on our first meeting date for the 2026-27 school year.
Typically, our PTF meetings will take place the second Tuesday of the month, though we sometimes adjust to avoid conflicts with school events.
Anyone in our school community is encouraged to attend PTF meetings! Meeting attendance earns you: 1) 1 volunteer hour toward the family requirement; 2) an entry in the $250 PTF tuition raffle drawing in December; 3) an out-of-uniform pass for your student(s) for a designated date.
